Sardine is very pleased to announce our participation in NADA New York.

We will be featuring the work of Matthew F. Fisher, Veronika Pausova, and Leah Tacha.

Matthew F. Fisher lives and works in Brooklyn and completed his MFA at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2000. He has shown widely in NYC and across the country. This includes solo exhibitions at Sardine earlier this year, Ampersand Gallery, ADA Gallery, Mulherin + Pollard Projects, University of the Arts, and RARE Gallery. He has been in group shows at Old Dominion University, Novella Gallery, Brian Morris Gallery, and Sarah Lawrence College. His work was selected for inclusion in New American Paintings Northeast Issue #116 – 2015.

Veronika Pausova was born in Prague, Czech Republic and grew up in Montreal, Canada. She now lives and works in Queens, New York. She received her BFA from Glasgow School of Art in 2009 and her MFA in painting from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013. She has shown with Era VI VII VI, 106 Green, and Lovely Town.

Leah Tacha was born and raised in Lawrence, Kansas and is currently living and working in Brooklyn. She received her BFA in Painting from The Cleveland Institute of Art in 2007 and her MFA from SUNY Purchase College in 2009. She had a solo exhibition with Sardine in 2014 and has shown with Daily Operation, RARE Gallery, New Baroque, and Reinberger Gallery.
